The Accademia del Superfluo, first school of decorative arts in Rome founded in 1986 by Roberto Lucifero, offers professional courses of faux marble, stencil, trompe l’oeil, grottesca, grisaille, decoration on furniture pieces, watercolor and drawing. Thanks to the experience of the Accademia del Superfluo CAPPELLA ORSINI has created several courses specifically tailored for visitors. The courses have a two hours duration each and gives the opportunity to learn the most basic yet typical techniques of the Roman painting tradition: faux marble and print on textile, floral arrangement and creation of paper flowers.
